Delivery

Delivery of items will be undertaken by Canada Post 2 to 5 business days, provided that the ordered items are in stock. For more information about our shipping terms and delivery costs, please click here.

Payment

Credit card: LIGHTHOUSE PUBLICATIONS (Canada) Ltd. accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa.

PayPal: Pay the invoice amount via PayPal.

Payment in advance: Simply pay the invoice amount in advance by check. The goods will be delivered upon receipt of payment. For new clients or in special cases LIGHTHOUSE PUBLICATIONS (Canada) Ltd. reserves the right to accept only the payment by credit card or payment in advance.

Return of Goods

You are entitled to return the items within 7 days after delivery. Please note that you will require prior approval written or via phone from LIGHTHOUSE PUBLICATIONS (Canada) Ltd. The goods must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. You are under an obligation to ensure that the items will not be damaged in transit, even if the goods were damaged or defective when they were delivered.
